About Michelle Volz

"...gaining skills and confidence to overcome the issues
that interfere with having positive, healthy relationships."

Michelle Volz is a Certified Master Life Coach and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience.

Michelle provides coaching services online, focusing on relationships and the issues that go with them – for people both in, and out-of, relationships. The coaching emphasis is on helping clients improve communication, understand emotional triggers, break old patterns, set healthy boundaries, and live in accordance with their true, authentic self.

Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. Further studies were completed at The College of Executive Coaching, UCLA Extension, and Transformation Academy. Life Coaching services are provided world-wide from a secure online video-chat platform.

About My Clients

The clients I work with are those who are looking for a convenient, time-efficient way to have ongoing coaching support, using video chat instead of in-office meetings. Most opt to meet once a week, for 45-minute video sessions. Whether a person is currently in a relationship or operating solo, all my clients are looking for better ways to handle the issues that emerge when it comes to interacting with others in relationships.

About Coaching

Coaching focuses on mental wellness. Coaching seeks to empower its clients; to gain insight through self-awareness, to break-down barriers and overcome limitations; to focus on needs, wants, and goals; and to guide clients toward living a life that is in total alignment with their personal values and vision for their life. Coaching does not include the treatment of mental illness, nor is coaching appropriate for serious mental health issues, such as suicidal ideation.
