About My Clients

The clients I work with are those who are looking for a convenient, time-efficient way to have ongoing therapeutic support, using video chat instead of in-office meetings. Most opt to meet once a week, for a 30 or 50-minute video session. Some clients do journal-writing in between sessions as a way of keeping me informed so that we can jump right into the topics on our scheduled video session. Others simply use email to communicate with me about setting-up or rescheduling a session.
